On Friday nights a passionate, adventurous and eclectic group of students and young adults get together. Our purpose? To hang out and have a wild time worshiping Jesus at Satellite, an extension of 3Ci (Capital City Communities International) based in Brooklyn.
Our lives are wrapped up in this real, awesome God - we want to get to know Him more and more while revealing His loving nature to those who don’t know Him. But let's be real - this has to happen while we prepare for our futures and build quality friendships as irreligiously as possible. Exactly how it should be - our faith is carried out in a very real way, in the context of each of our lives.
At Satellite we get to meet other people, and even though each of us is different, we're all there with that one purpose. You can’t be too strange, too jock or too intellectual. Absolutely anyone is welcome. Every night is completely different and unpredictable, but we can guarantee a not-to-be-missed vibe and atmosphere. More importantly, we're all there because we're sold out for Jesus!
So if you are young and in need of adventure, some empathetic listeners, conversation or space to show your faith, it would be really cool to see you there. Feel free to invite friends!
