I didn't realize I should expect something for bringing a meal, carrying oxygen for the tired mom of a sick child or having a conversation with a scared elderly lady on her way to an operation. I’ve been part of many outreaches – in the early years of 3Ci, up into Africa, in France... but this was very different to most. A time which is more significant than any other time on earth in terms of the church being shaken into the purposes of God. It was time for Kamp Staaldraad 3! This year the famous, as well as the infamous camp, took place yet again at the Maretlwane Lodge in the Magaliesburg Mountains. The word ‘lodge’ might sound most appealing and luxurious, which is the experience some most certainly had.
