WE SERVE AN AWESOME, INTERESTED IN THE FINEST DETAIL, GOD:
Right now, everything within me just wants to sing: “HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!” In a sense I don’t know where to start, it feels as if we have been in the 3Ci family forever. We joined 3Ci in December 2006. In this short time God has used people (His body, His bride) to help in growing us, through caring, guiding, and offending (yes, making us realize that we are still very much alive) – through this we have realized that His purpose is our transformation into the image of His Son Jesus Christ (Phil 1:6) which is a process that is not always ‘nice’, but then again who wants ‘nice’ if you can look upon the Face of Christ and have glory, peace, joy & freedom.
One of the things that God has shown us is that He grows in us when we are out of our comfort zones and He has made that we don’t stay in our comfort zones. The minute we start becoming complacent, something changes – He shows us another dimension of His holiness, a different side of Him, and just as we start thinking that we have arrived, He orchestrates something new in our lives whereby we come to realize that in our weakness He is our only strength.
We are privileged to be part of a people whose leadership listens to His voice, desiring to be led by the Holy Spirit and who are not willing to make any compromises! We are blessed to be part of a people who are passionate to see His will done and His Kingdom come! We are growing and sometimes it feels that the process is slow and at other times it feels we are in fast forward mode – yet there is never a dull moment! And through all this we have come to know that He will never forsake us, fail us or give us up. Never! (Heb 13:5)
