God brings freedom!

On Satellite Camp at the beginning of this year God really did a huge work in my heart. On the first night Geoff spoke about how sharing things and being vulnerable allows God to work. During the worship that followed I felt God really speaking to me. For a long time there’s been something that I’ve wanted to share with someone - it was really big for me, but I always chickened out at the last minute. I had prayed about it before and I knew God had forgiven me, but that night I just knew that He was saying it was time to finally share it. Although it was so hard for me, I spoke to Jane that night and it was amazing what God was able to do in my heart. The thing that I realised is that although there is complete forgiveness in Christ, if things remain in the dark the devil still has a hold on us. By speaking to Jane I just walked into the most amazing freedom in my life. I can only praise God for that. I have also been able to build such a good relationship with her because of Satellite that I knew she would never judge or condemn me. All thanks to the Lord!
